Delivery Within the UK

Shipping Methods

To help ensure your jewellery arrives safely, I use Royal Mail tracked services.

Orders valued at under £100 are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders valued at £100 or more are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for added security and peace of mind.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, while Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm offers guaranteed next working day delivery (subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions).

Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.


Delivery outside the UK

I offer a £10 flat-rate shipping fee for all international orders.

Orders are sent from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked, providing secure and reliable delivery with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its journey.

Estimated delivery times are 3–5 working days for Europe and 5–7 working days for the rest of the world. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal services.

Delays or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

While I cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather or other circumstances beyond my control, I will always work with you to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
