Shop Policies & Terms
Welcome to MariaZ Wearables.
Thank you for visiting my shop.
Every piece of jewellery is lovingly handmade by me using natural fibres, textiles, lace and carefully selected findings. Because each item is individually handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike, making every creation unique.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Shop Policies & Terms.
Products
I make every effort to display my jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
As every piece is handmade, small variations in colour, texture, stitching, shape and finish are part of the character of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered faults.
I use natural fibres, textiles and carefully selected components. Natural materials may soften, develop character or vary slightly over time. These natural characteristics are part of their beauty and are not defects.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
As many pieces are handmade in small quantities or are one-of-a-kind, some designs may become unavailable without notice.
I reserve the right to discontinue, update or modify products at any time.
If, for any reason, I am unable to fulfil your order, I will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
Ordering
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.
If you notice an error in your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help before your order is dispatched.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available on this website.
Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Dispatch & Delivery
Each product page includes an estimated dispatch time.
I aim to dispatch all orders promptly and will contact you if there is an unexpected delay.
Once your order has been handed to the delivery service, delivery times are outside my control.
MariaZ Wearables cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, customs, severe weather or other circumstances beyond my control.
Returns & Cancellations
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to cancel your order or arrange a return, please contact me by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Email: mariazwearables@gmail.com
Please include your order number where possible, as this helps me process your request more quickly.
Returned items should be:
-
unused
-
unworn
-
in their original condition
-
returned, where possible, in their original packaging.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
For your protection, I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence that it has been returned), using the original payment method.
Please note that personalised, bespoke or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation or return in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
Faulty or Damaged Items
I take great care in making and packaging every order.
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photographs of the item and its packaging where possible.
I will always work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly by offering a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
Handmade Nature of My Jewellery
Every piece of jewellery is individually handmade.
Slight differences in shape, stitch, texture, colour or finish are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
These variations are not defects but part of the individuality and charm of handmade jewellery.
Jewellery Care
To help your jewellery remain beautiful for years to come:
-
Avoid prolonged contact with water.
-
Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.
-
Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions and household chemicals.
-
Store jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
-
Handle textile and lace elements gently to preserve their delicate handcrafted nature.
Further care information can be found on my Jewellery Care page.
